Tomorrow at 12 pm noon is our action to save the Oasis – San Francisco’s only drop-in shelter for homeless families! We need everyone’s help to get the word out about this really important issue.
Take these three steps to join the Coalition on Homelessness and allies in demanding that the Oasis stays open for use.
(1) POST on social media in support, (2) EMAIL to the mayor in support of our demands. (3) COME TO TUESDAY’S ACTION Join us on Tuesday, December 6th, at 12 pm Noon on the steps of City Hall to demand that the city keep the Oasis open permanently!

The Oasis Inn is San Francisco’s only drop-in shelter for homeless families. The city’s lease for the Oasis ends on January 3rd, and they have given families there a deadline of December 15th to move out. We are calling on the city to keep the Oasis open through December as an emergency shelter and to permanently acquire the building for future families in need.
