Housekeys Action Network Denver (HAND) is proud to endorse Initiative 305 No Eviction Without Representation (NEWR)!! This initiative, on the ballot in November 2022, will give people facing eviction the representation needed when fighting landlords in court. Having legal representation to protect oneself from unjust or unfair evictions will have major impacts on people being able to stay in their homes and not become houseless. We encourage all to vote YES on I 305 this November!
