The “Urgency Amended Ordinance” expected to be approved by the Fremont City Council is a deceptive and divisive sham that leaves fully intact the previous version’s unconstitutional criminalization and endangerment of Fremont’s unhoused residents and their supporters.

Today at 5:30 pm, Plaintiffs in the case of California Homeless Union, et al v. City of Fremont will join media, faith leaders, community members and Union attorneys for a City Hall press conference and Solidarity Rally.
