I am delighted to invite you to join me (online or in person) at this conference at the World Bank headquarters, Washington DC, USA, on 15 February 2024.
The conference will see the launch of the Inclusive and Deliberative Elaboration and Evaluation of Policies (IDEEP) tool, developed in partnership with ATD Fourth World, which supports policy makers to design, implement and evaluate anti-poverty policies in direct partnership with people in poverty, ensuring all dimensions of poverty, including those that are “hidden”, are taken into account.
Speakers include Nobel Prize Laureate in Economic Sciences, Esther Duflo, poverty experts from the World Bank and IMF, as well as people with direct experience of poverty — brought together as co-researchers to discuss how to make further progress in poverty measurement, policy, training and action.
