San Francisco, CA. MAKE PUBLIC COMMENT FOR CART TOMORROW AT 10AM

June 23, 2022 by Jonathan Leave a Comment

*En español abajo*

Please join us for public comment tomorrow, June 24th, at 10am as we call on the Board of Supervisors toprioritize the necessary and needed funding to get CART up and running.

Here are the steps you can take to take action with us! (We are working on Spanish translations for the talking points and social media tool kit and will have those by tomorrow)

1. You can show up, in person at City Hall at 10am in room 250 to give public comment! You may use these talking points to help you! (I will have some physical copies as well)

2. If you cannot make it in person, please call in by dialing 1 (415) 655-0001 and Enter the Meeting ID (2498 479 5551) and then press ‘#’ ‘#. Wait for public comment to take place (happening right at 10am) and dial *3 to be added to the speaker line. Use these talking points.

3. If you are not able to call or show up in person, please use the talking points to email Mayor Breed at mayorlondonbreed@sfgov.org.

4.  Lastly, help push CART on social media by using our social media toolkit here and posting on twitter/facebook/instagram.

People-Powered Change Wins They say “the revolutio People-Powered Change Wins
They say “the revolution will not be funded.” And it’s true. Those in power currently rely on vast amounts of money to orchestrate their influence. We are organizing more and more PEOPLE into this movement to bring down systemic oppression and build a more just society. We are inherently PEOPLE-POWERED.
