Houseless Transgender Day Of Remembrance

November 20th is International Transgender Day Of Remembrance. In the United States, Transgender people ( especially Transgender youth) are at an extremely high risk rate of houselessness due to discrimination and violence. This discrimination and violence follows them to the streets, and sadly some never make it off the streets. Please join H.A.N.D. in remembering those individuals who passed on our streets. Please come out, bring decorations, and your voices. TO OUR HOUSELESS TRANS SIBLINGS, YOU WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN!!
