The city continues to SWEEP encampments AGAINST CDC guidelines during a PANDEMIC! They have not learned that sweeping people does not work! DOTI has planned 2 SWEEPS THIS WEEK on Tuesday 4/20 at N. Ogden and E. 19th to Emerson and Thursday 4/22 at Grant St. between Colfax and 14th Ave. The SWEEPS will begin each day at 6:30 a.m. (although they have been starting at 5:30am)
Please come and support our unhoused community members as they demand real housing or places where they are allowed to survive.
