Public Notice for Homeless Class Action

February 27, 2018 by Jonathan 3 Comments

This Public Notice is from the Denver community and is concerned with the privatization of public space, houselessness, and economic injustice. The declaration is based on the Denver Class Action currently before the United States District Court of Colorado. These demands speak to real and innovative solutions regarding inequality in Denver, but with implications for the challenges faced in all cities in America.

“For every space designed for the affluent, there must be space designated for the poor and lower class,” says attorney Jason Flores-Williams. “We need a Union Station for the dispossessed.”

The Public Notice will be distributed and posted throughout Denver.

My son and I are victims of PROVEN housing discrimination in a court of law. We are now, Advocates for the mentally ill and also the homeless in regards to housing discrimination. My son, Julian was excluded from housing because he as mental illness and left in a “Homeless” state for nearly three months. The illegal and proven discrimination against a “Protected class” is in violation of the Fair Housing laws, the N, the NC FAIR HOUSING laws, the U.S Constitution, the NC Constitution, a, CIVIL liberties violation, Section 504 of the rehabilitation Act and other laws. It is also discrimination against me as one who is associated with him. I established a Prima Facie case and granted a motion for Preliminary injunction pending trial. Please view my first 3 videos on facebook to learn how devastating this case “Really” is. The name is Denise Fitzpatrick and it is associated with a green logo that says help others. I will donate to this soon and please view and share.my videos, it will be GREATLY appreciated.

This is long overdue! Every city should take this stance. Its time for action–we know what the problems are. Its time to solve it. It may be a simplification of the situation but I see unbridled greed versus civil rights!

Assuming this is a national effort?

As a homeless, homeless advocate, how can I push this forward in Redding, CA?

I have a facebook page – ‘The Board SC’. It is a local effort to subject government to the people, and more pertinently, an effort to stop the enforcement of ordinances that criminalize our existence.

In earlier emails people spoke about the importance of WRAP. Here is what some of our friends had to say about Paul’s role over the last forty years. https://conta.cc/3vbUnUx
