Where: Meet on the corner of Larkin & Eddy Streets
When: This Thursday at 11am!
We will meet at the corner of Larkin & Eddy at 11am, and march through the Tenderloin, creating altars to honor beloved homeless community members that have died on the streets. Along the route we will paint red footprints and handprints to symbolize the City’s lack of a response to the homeless crisis and deaths. At City Hall, a group of protesters will deliver the message to elected officials. After the march we will have a traditional Mexican lunch together in the park at Civic Center Plaza in front of the City Hall.
Bring your family and let’s honor those who have passed away. For more info, e-mail Miguel at mcarrera@cohsf.org
